Let’s Have a Heart-to-Heart Chat about Burnout
This is the time of year when so many of us feel worn down, burnt out, and ready for springtime – the cold gray days can start getting to a person after awhile. If this sounds like you, I want to offer you a fresh perspective and real help.
My real-life friend of 10+ years, Misty Bailey from Finding Joy in the Journey, and I got together and recorded a new episode all about overcoming burnout.
Misty and I talked about warning signs of burnout, how to overcome burnout, how to prevent it in the future, and lessons we have learned from our own seasons of burnout. This episode is specifically for homeschool moms, but I think anyone who’s struggling with burnout can benefit from listening to Misty’s and my discussion.
Even if you’re feeling great at the moment, I encourage you to listen so you can recognize the warning signs to help prevent burnout in the future.
