August’s Bible Reading Schedule
Don’t give up now! Month eight of daily Bible reading is where it’s so easy to feel like it is taking absolutely forever to get to the New Testament! Why doesn’t everyone just repent already?! But however anxious we are for others to repent, and however redundant their sins feel, God cares about their souls even more-so.
When we read about the sinners, let’s try to put ourselves in their shoes – how many times do we disregard God’s word and sin, thinking we know better than He does? It’s humbling to think about!

The most important thing to remember is that you are never, ever behind. Lists and schedules are here to serve us, not the other way around. Just keep making progress, even if it’s not as quickly as you’d hoped!
